Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all purchases from Learning to Learn, LLC are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to use the product, inability to access the content due to technical issues on your end, or dissatisfaction with the course material.

2. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
You expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Initiating a chargeback in violation of this policy is considered fraudulent misrepresentation and may result in: (a) permanent revocation of course access, (b) reporting of the dispute to relevant authorities, and (c) legal action to recover the full purchase amount plus associated fees.

3. Digital Product Acknowledgment
You understand that upon purchase you are granted immediate access to a digital product (online course). Because the product is delivered digitally and access is granted instantly, it is not eligible for return.

4. Payment Plan Agreements
If you purchased via a payment plan, all scheduled installments are required and non-cancellable. Failure to complete payment installments will result in immediate revocation of course access until payment is brought current.

5. License Terms
Purchase of a School License grants a non-transferable license to the purchasing school only. Sharing of login credentials, screen recording, redistribution, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
