By accessing or purchasing any product or service from Learning to Learn, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Products and Services

Learning to Learn, LLC offers digital educational courses and resources delivered through the Kajabi platform. All content is designed for educational purposes and is intended for use by educators, school teams, and homeschool families.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own educational use. Individual licenses are for a single user only. School Licenses are for use by staff at a single school site only.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not: share login credentials with others; screen record, download, or reproduce course content; redistribute, resell, or sublicense any course materials; use course content for commercial purposes beyond your own classroom or homeschool instruction.

4. Payment and Billing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe via Kajabi. If you select a payment plan, you agree to pay all scheduled installments in full. Failure to complete installments will result in revocation of course access until the balance is current.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, documents, and resources are the intellectual property of Learning to Learn, LLC and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer

Our courses are educational in nature and are not a guarantee of specific student outcomes. Course content is not a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or specialized intervention services. Results may vary based on individual implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Learning to Learn, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
